I broke my glasses two weeks ago so I’ve been staring at my computer screens through contact lenses from wake-up ‘til sleeps every day since. My eyeballs are unhappy and are threatening to move out.
In case you don’t know, the original medical term for eyeballs was actually ‘lookin’ balls’.
The term was deemed “too easy to make dirty jokes with, ie: this patient has quite enormous lookin’ balls”, so they changed it. At the eye hospital. In olden times.

My cat licks me all the time and I can’t tell if it’s because she thinks I’m delicious or because she thinks I’m filthy.
Either way, I hope she still likes me for me.
